Doors - exactly as you want them
Our in-house production program includes swing doors of all kinds, with externally or internally mounted hinges, in V2A/304 or V4A/316 stainless steel, in titanium-coated V2A/304 ("brass-coloured"), finish-painted, or just primed. Doors can be supplied with windows, or glazed over large areas; with DIN 18090 certification; with one, two, or several leaves; or as a type-approved door featuring locking flaps.

Hydraulic cylinders
ÖHF hydraulic cylinders are available with piston rod diameters of 40, 50, 60, 80, and 100 mm and overall lengths of up to 7000 mm. We can also supply accessory equipment such as pipe-rupture valves, chain yokes, and other extras. It goes without saying that we offer fast delivery, with a maximum lead time of two weeks.

Universal converter for absolute encoders
Universal converters for absolute encoders are used - in conjunction with a variety of absolute encoders - to simulate old shaft-position information systems. Up to 22 potential-free relay outputs (extendable in groups of 8) are provided, each of which can be controlled via 30 adjustment ranges. The relays are programmed by user-friendly data entry via a laptop PC or a touchscreen service console (no photo).

Folding supports
Folding supports are used to safeguard the shaft-pit zone and are constructed for speeds of up to 1 m/s and
(rated load + car weight) = 2.1 t. This fulfils the EN81 requirement for testing with rated load and at rated speed. For greater loads, the supports can be used in cascade.

Hydraulic hose assemblies
We make up all hose assemblies ourselves. Thanks to this in-house capability, we are not only in a position to produce hoses for new installations, but we can also offer this service for your replacement part requirements, including all the necessary fittings and adapters.
